The ability to monitor bedroom utilisation on a daily basis is vital for any centre running residential courses. Reztec’s residency module allows you to have instant access to the status of accommodation bookings over any required time period.

Reztec allows you to choose whether any request for accommodation is immediately fulfilled or allocated closer to the time of arrival. This gives greater flexibility in determining which of your courses to run, when to close availability on the course and when to make a course available as non-residential only.

The residency screen allows you to easily allocate a bedroom and, because the arrival and departure dates have been linked to the booking before room allocation occurs, Reztec will only allocate it to the correct date.

From the residency screen, you have a clear view of which course the delegate is attending. This assists with deciding who should share with whom when allocating delegates to multi-capacity rooms. Delegates are also colour coded by gender to avoid any embarrassing situations, and the notes section records any additional information, such as date of birth, age and single occupancy requests, that will assist in determining how to allocate rooms.

The residency screen can be printed off for internal use and individual delegate information can be printed off or emailed to the delegate using the mail merge facility.
