Reztec provides a generic booking and resource engine that can be used to manage all types of company resources (rooms, equipment and staff). With its web browser- based interface, Reztec is easy to use and very versatile.

Internal training course or seminar details can be published by Reztec over a company intranet, keeping employees informed as new events are added to the schedule or courses become full. Search functions allow managers and staff to find the most suitable events and reserve places. Should circumstances change, places can be released, names substituted or reservations transferred to alternative events or cancelled as required. Reztec keeps track of all booking transactions.

Management reports can be generated on demand and used to review resource usage or track employee training history.
