At iDynamics, we believe your success is our success, so we are committed to providing the highest quality support to our customers. Whether you’re not sure how to perform a particular task, are having trouble remembering how a particular template should be structured, or if you need some help administering the server, our customer support team is available to offer help and advice as required.

We do recommend that you supply us with remote access to your system via products such as PC Anywhere or Windows’ built-in remote desktop capability. This can save time and makes it simpler to pinpoint any problems.

Support is offered within normal UK business hours (9am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday) by telephone or email.

When a support request is raised, our support technician will log the issue in our dedicated support system and generate an issue number. If they are unable to resolve the issue immediately, they will allocate the issue to a suitable team within the organisation, then keep you informed of progress at regular intervals until the issue is resolved.
